Who runs RYTAVO

RYTAVO is run by Mgr. David Zažímal, a self-employed individual, company ID (IČO) 23198231, Czech Republic. RYTAVO is the brand of the app, not a separate company. Contact: zazimald@gmail.com.

What RYTAVO is

RYTAVO is a web app for tracking habits, measurements, personal challenges and rhythms and for sharing them with people you choose. The app is currently in beta and free of charge.

RYTAVO is not a health service

RYTAVO is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or professional health advice. Values, overviews and streaks are only for your own overview. For questions about your health, contact a doctor or another professional.

Account

You create an account with an e-mail and password, or with Google or Facebook. Use a real e-mail address, protect access to your account and do not share it with anyone – the account is personal. During the closed beta a new account can only be created with an invitation; the invitation is meant for you and can be used only once.

Minimum age

RYTAVO is intended for people who are at least 15 years old. You confirm this when you create an account. We do not ask for your date of birth or any other age information.

Your data and content

You are responsible for the content you enter into RYTAVO – only enter data you are allowed to enter. Your content remains yours; RYTAVO only stores it and shows it to you and to the people you share it with. We process health data only with your separate explicit consent, which is not a condition of use and which you can withdraw at any time in your Profile.

You can only share with people in groups you invite them to or that they invite you to. Only share what you are allowed to share, and invite by e-mail only people who expect the invitation. Shared content is visible to the group members, and they can take over their own copy. Do not share other people's personal data without their knowledge.

What is not allowed

You must not misuse RYTAVO: bypass security or limits, try to access other people's accounts or data, flood the service with automated requests, spread malicious code, spam or illegal content, or use RYTAVO to harass others. In case of a serious breach of these terms we may restrict access or delete the account; where circumstances allow, we will warn you first.

Beta, availability and changes

RYTAVO is evolving during the beta: features may be added, changed or removed, and the service may not always be available. We back up data regularly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. We will announce changes to these terms in advance in the app and ask you to accept the new version. We will announce the end of the beta with reasonable notice.

Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your account yourself at any time under Profile → Sign-in and security. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Intellectual property

The RYTAVO name and logo, the app's design, texts and software belong to the operator. You must not copy, modify or use them outside RYTAVO without permission. Your content remains yours.

Liability

The beta is free of charge and provided in its current state. We are liable for damage to the extent set by law. These terms do not limit the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Send questions, comments and complaints to zazimald@gmail.com. As a consumer you can also resolve a dispute out of court with the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).
